here's what to expect
We gather at 10am to begin the day with a warm welcome, a refreshing drink and a gentle introduction to the studio for anyone new to Nimble & Wild.
Take a moment to settle in, meet your fellow Nimblers and ease into the day ahead.
energising reformer class
Our first movement session is a flowing & energising Reformer Pilates class designed for all levels.
Whether you’re completely new to Reformer or you’re already smitten, we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Expect feel-good energy and the freedom to move in a way that feels best for your body; keep things gentle or turn up the intensity if you’re craving more challenge.
a morning pause
After class, we’ll slow things down with a nourishing morning pause.
Think freshly ground Cornish coffee, a selection of Clipper teas and a nutritious home-made bake or two.
Enjoyed together in good company as we relax, reconnect and recharge.
yoga wind down
Next, we’ll move the space: at 2a Studio for a yoga session with Lottie from Lottie May Yoga.
Expect slow, intentional movement, grounding postures, mindful breathwork and moments of complete stillness designed to help you soften, unwind and fully switch off.
nourishing lunch
Lunch will be lovingly prepared by Abbie, our go-to nutrition and health coach who believes that food can be both deeply nourishing and genuinely enjoyable—supporting vibrant health while feeling comforting, abundant and delicious.
Enjoy vibrant salad bowls served alongside freshly baked local sourdough to leave you feeling nourished, energised and restored.
Please note: Due to our open-plan kitchen, we’re unable to cater for gluten or nut allergies.

Next, we’ll then step outdoors and let nature do the rest. Together, we’ll wander through the beautiful Wiltshire countryside and along the River Avon.
Time and space for fresh air, quiet connection, clear minds and grounding moments surrounded by peaceful scenery.
gentle flow reformer class
Returning to the beautiful Nimble & Wild Reformer studio, we’ll finish up with one final movement session.
Expect a gentle, flowing and deeply stretchy class focused on lengthening, releasing tension and leaving you feeling open, relaxed and refreshed.
